I'm actually in traineeship to an athenian law firm specialized in employment law. I meet everyday greek cases and also cases with an european framework.
The problematic of my traineeship drafts of measures adopted by the Greek gouvernement(s) from 2010 in view to liberalize the Greek Labor Market by incitation of EU, IMF and ECB.
This report will also be the object of a parallel comparison with the French legislation (regarding collective redundancies, flexicurity contracts, dismissal for economic cause, part timecontracts, transfert of undertakings...). This report will be written in english by my colleagues and myself and be published by the Law Firm in a professional target.
